Settlor adalah orang yang ingin kepercayaan yang diciptakan untuk benefisiari mereka.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video aligncenter\"><video height=\"720\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1280 \/ 720;\" width=\"1280\" controls=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.redcover.com.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/Trust-Account-In-Malaysia.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.redcover.com.my\/ms\/wasiat-dan-amanah\/\">Perbezaan antara wasiat dan kepercayaan<\/a> adalah bahawa wasiat diuruskan selepas kematian, manakala amanah diuruskan manakala Amanah masih hidup. Mahkamah tidak akan terlibat dalam pengagihan kekayaan itu, melainkan jika terdapat cabaran undang-undang kepada Surat Ikatan Amanah. Ia diwujudkan pada tahun 1995 daripada Jabatan Amanah Awam Dan Pentadbir Rasmi Kerajaan.
