tambahan, seperti yang disenaraikan di bawah:<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manfaat Pembayaran Balik Perubatan Tidak Sengaja (AMR)<\/h3>\n\n<p>Mengalami kecederaan yang memerlukan rawatan oleh Doktor, pengasingan di hospital atau penggajian jururawat berlesen \/ siswazah dalam tempoh 52 minggu dari tarikh Kemalangan.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faedah Doktor Yang Tidak Disengajakan  <\/h3>\n\n<p>Mengalami kecederaan selepas berunding dengan doktor dan dirujuk untuk rawatan perubatan alternatif selanjutnya dalam masa 52 minggu dari tarikh Kemalangan.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faedah Indemniti Mingguan Tidak Sengaja (AWI)<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Temporary Total Disability \u2013 Wholly and continuously disabled and prevented class=\"gb-accordion-text\">\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>AIDS or AIDS-related conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suicide or self-destruction of any attempt self-inflicted injury while sane or insane.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alcoholism and drug abuse or any related complications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cosmetic or plastic surgery or any elective surgery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Racing driver or rider, stuntman, bodyguard and related activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Routine health checks, any investigation(s) not directly related to admission diagnosis, illness or injury or any treatment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-accordion gb-block-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"gb-accordion-title\">Claims Procedures And Documentations.<\/summary><div class=\"gb-accordion-text\">\n<p>Sekiranya berlaku kemalangan yang menyebabkan kecederaan, Ahli Yang Diinsuranskan mesti memberikan notis tuntutan bertulis kepada syarikat insurans dalam tempoh tiga puluh (30) hari dari tarikh Kemalangan menyebabkan kecederaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lengkapkan dokumen tuntutan dengan bukti tuntutan mereka:<br \/>(a) Pesakit Luar (tanpa kemasukan ke hospital): Penerimaan konsultasi<br \/>(b) Pesakit dalam: Invois dan resit daripada hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sekiranya berlaku kematian akibat kemalangan, maklumkan kepada syarikat\/ejen insurans dengan segera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bukti yang menyokong tuntutan (seperti sijil kematian, sijil pengebumian, laporan bedah siasat, laporan polis, penyata penuntut yang lengkap) dan bukti identiti orang yang membuat tuntutan (seperti Kad Pengenalan, sijil pekerjaan, slip gaji yang diperakui) mesti diberikan kepada syarikat dalam tempoh 90 hari selepas Kemalangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perlindungan di bawah pelan ini akan ditamatkan jika jumlah amaun perlindungan bagi Manfaat Kematian Akibat Kemalangan dan Kematian Akibat Kemalangan atau Faedah Hilang
