Ia adalah alat perancangan penggantian perniagaan yang kuat untuk memastikan kejayaan perniagaan yang berterusan.<\/p>\n<h2>Faedah Rockwills Buy-Sell Trust<\/h2>\n<p>Beli-Jual Amanah daripada Rockwills ini menawarkan faedah-faedah berikut:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Perjanjian pemindahan pegangan saham sekiranya berlaku kematian pemegang saham.<\/li>\n<li>Pelantikan Pemegang Amanah Rockwills untuk memastikan pelaksanaan arahan amanah yang sulit dan tepat.<\/li>\n<li>Waris yang dinamakan pemegang saham yang meninggal dunia akan menerima nilai tunai saham tersebut.
