\u9664\u975e\u5bf9\u4fe1\u6258\u5951\u7ea6\u63d0\u51fa\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8d28\u7591\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u6cd5\u9662\u5c06\u4e0d\u53c2\u4e0e\u8d22\u5bcc\u7684\u5206\u914d\u3002 \u4fe1\u6258\u516c\u53f8\u8d1f\u8d23\u6839\u636e Settlor \u7684\u4fe1\u6258\u5951\u636e\u548c\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u73b0\u884c\u7684\u4fe1\u6258\u6cd5\u6765\u5b8c\u6210\u8fd9\u9879\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>Settlor \u53ef\u4ee5\u89c2\u5bdf\u548c\u67e5\u770b\u53d7\u6258\u4eba\u662f\u5426\u6709\u6548\u548c\u9ad8\u6548\u5730\u5f00\u5c55\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trust-accounts-in-malaysia\">\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u7684\u4fe1\u6258\u8d26\u6237<\/h2>\n\n<p>\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u7684\u4fe1\u6258\u8d26\u6237\u53d7 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.agc.gov.my\/agcportal\/uploads\/files\/Publications\/LOM\/EN\/Act%20%20208%20-%2031.3.2016.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u300a\u53d7\u6258\u4eba\u6cd5\u300b\u7684<\/a>\u7ba1\u8f96\u3002 \u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u7684\u8fd9\u9879\u4fe1\u6258\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u7740\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u4fe1\u6258\u8d26\u6237\u7684\u8fd0\u4f5c\u3002  <\/p>\n\n<p>\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u4e0e\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u4fe1\u6258\u8d26\u6237\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6761\u6b3e\uff1a<\/p>\n\n<ul \u5b83\u4e8e1995\u5e74\u7531\u653f\u5e9c\u516c\u5171\u53d7\u6258\u4eba\u90e8\u548c\u5b98\u65b9\u884c\u653f\u5b98\u521b\u5efa\u3002 \u5b83\u53d7\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u7ba1\u8f96\uff1a<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a
