Rockwills Will Writing Services Malaysia
Rockwills has a standard form to fill in for preparing the Will. This makes it easy for the Testator to write out the Will. This Will Writing instruction form complies to the Malaysian Laws on Will writing and estate distribution.
The price of the Will writing service is based on the number of clauses you have for the Will. The prices start from RM480 and goes up to RM20,000 based on the number of clauses you want written on the Will. Using this form also makes clear on how any changes to the Will can be made. This is called rewriting the Will.
Rockwills Will Rewriting Services
If the Testator wants a change in the Will, then the existing Will, must be revoked following the process as written in the laws of Malaysia. The new changed Will is treated as a new Will, and the fees will be charged accordingly. This can only be done with a discount on fees, if Rockwills is keeping the Will safe (The Will Custody Service) for you. As a Will custody service customer of Rockwills, you get a good discount to rewrite for a new Will. Rockwills is not bound by the Standard Legal Charges of Lawyers to offer the same kind of charges.
The Rockwills Will Rewrite Discount
- Rockwills offers 20% discount of the Will writing services for up to 30 clauses.
- Rockwills offers 50% discount of the Will writing services for more than 30 clauses.
Rockwills Will Lifetime Plus Custody Services
Digital versions of a Will and digital signatures are not valid. This means that photographs and photocopies are not valid. All Wills have to be written on paper as required by Malaysian law. A valid Will must be written with actual inked signatures on the Will.
If the Will is missing, destroyed or not found, then your work to create a Will is wasted. And your beneficiaries will have to wait a few years for the courts to distribute the wealth.
Rockwills provides Will Lifetime Plus Custody services to solve this problem. Your written and signed Will is kept securely in a custody room located in Wisma Rockwills, Kuala Lumpur.
This facility is secured from theft, tampering, fire, and floods. It has humidity controls to ensure your paper Will remains in good condition for a long period of time in storage. Only the Executor of your estate with all the necessary documents is allowed to retrieve your Will when you are no longer around.

- Provides a Subsidy up to RM6,000 for Legal Fee when Applying for Grant of Probate
