The company or employer must have Allianz Group Term Life to add this additional rider.

Allianz GTL Accidental Death and Disablement
Allianz Group Term Life (GTL) is often provided to employees as part of employee benefits. As it provides a financial safety net against death, total and permanent disability, partial and permanent disability, or terminal illness.
In the event of any accidental death or serious injury that results in permanent disability, the benefit will be paid in a lump sum to the family member.

Allianz Accidental Death and Disablement (ADD) helps to supplement the basic coverage of the Group Term Life (GTL) insurance plan. It ensures the employee gets enhanced protection coverage that provides a higher level of financial security.
The additional coverage from Allianz Accidental Death and Disablement (ADD) also provides extra peace of mind for both the employee and their family. They will be more at ease knowing that they will receive financial support in case anything unfortunate happened.
Allianz Accidental Death and Disablement Schedule of Indemnities
For any accidental death and disablement, the sum assured will be paid according to the indemnity during the accident. See below for the types of disablement and the percentage of the sum assured by Allianz.
