The purpose of the Allianz Group Hospitalisation and Surgical (GHS) insurance plan is to cover the expenses related to hospitalization and surgical care. This includes fees for the hospital medical, outpatient cancer treatment, outpatient kidney dialysis treatment, and many more.

Allianz Group Hospitalisation and Surgical (GHS) Optional Rider
The purpose of an optional rider is to enhance the coverage and benefit of the group insurance. For Allianz Group Hospitalisation and Surgical (GHS), there are two optional riders that the employer can choose. The Outpatient General Practitioner Care and Referral Letter from Panel Clinic.
Under the Allianz Group Outpatient Clinical additional rider, the staff will be given a cashless medical card so they can have access to faster outpatient medical service at any Allianz panel clinic.

The waiting period for Allianz Group Hospitalisation depends on the condition of the insured member.
For pre-existing conditions and specified illnesses, the waiting period is 120 days. Meanwhile for any disability (except for injury), the waiting period is 30 days.

All full-time and actively at-work employees, directors, partners, and proprietors in occupational classes to 1 and 3 are eligible for GTL and GHS. Including their dependant.
What is the group size requirement for this group policy?
3 to 200 employees.
What is the eligible age for the employee?
The start entry age is 16 years old to 64 years old. And the maximum renewable age is 69 years old.
Are the premium rates and renewal of the policy guaranteed?

What are the terms and conditions of the cashless facility?
The cashless facility is provided as an option for GHS. If the company selected the Outpatient Clinical rider, then the cashless facility is mandatory.
With a cashless facility, the insured member does not need to pay for admission into panel hospitals. As well as visits to Non-Emergency Outpatient Clinical General Practitioner Care. They will be given a cashless card to be used at the panel hospitals/clinics.
